Do you bring cleaning products?
You can choose to have your own suitable products used or ask MJ Sparkle to supply products at a different price. Other required equipment, including a vacuum cleaner, is supplied.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. MJ Sparkle Professional Cleaning is fully insured.
Do I need to be at home?
No. Access can be arranged by you being present, an agreed key arrangement, key safe or another secure method.
Do you offer oven cleaning, ironing or laundry?
No. These services are not currently offered.
How much notice is needed to cancel?
At least 48 hours’ notice avoids a cancellation charge. Charges may apply for shorter notice or if access is unavailable. See the full Terms & Conditions.
